We are a small boutique family owned and operated property management business with over 50 years combined customer service experience.

 

Our focus and objective is personally getting to know all of our Landlords and Tenants to understand and appreciate each individual’s personal requirements as no two properties are the same.

McCann Property Solutions does not sublet periodic inspections. It will always be us carrying out the inspections to ensure a superior understanding of the property from the start of the Lease through to the finish of the Lease.

We understand that owning an investment property is like running a small business. We cap our property management business to a maximum of 80 properties. This ensures the highest level of service using our unique structure.
